Focus on the people working hard to keep the clients. Stop looking to decrease staff to save money when the leadership is getting $100K+ raise each year.

Everything! They need to stop being ridiculous with their empty words!

Long term strategy and risk management that invests in people and ideas. Compensation policies that retain and encourage talent to thrive. Acknowledge the sacrifices that their front line workers endured during the pandemic and financially reward the field engineers.

They need to fire all senior staff and replace them with competent non-affirmative action hires.

Show any form of respect for subordinates.

Clear communication about upcoming projects and how each member is contributing to these projects.

Continue to value the imput/feedback from members of the team who are in positions of "less" authority.

They need to develop tech vision for the company while they are currently busy laying off people just to fill their pockets.
