Long term strategy and risk management that invests in people and ideas. Compensation policies that retain and encourage talent to thrive. Acknowledge the sacrifices that their front line workers endured during the pandemic and financially reward the field engineers.
They need to fire all senior staff and replace them with competent non-affirmative action hires.
