There are far too many that have a "That's not my job" mentality or use "We are a team" only when they need you to do something for them. Some that completely do the wrong thing and get prompted.
Better leadership and better communication
The coworkers aren’t the main problem, although there are a lot who deflect any kind of work and responsibilities. The main problem is the senior management.
we dont have meetings at all
I like my team. We interact well and have a variety of skills and personalities.
Hiring better developers to come up with new ideas. More brainstorming required but most of the times are held back due to micro management
