LVS needs to reorient - currently, the goals of the company and the money are going in different places. Less cannonballs, more excellence.

They are out of touch with the company. Bialik thinks people get raises when changing jobs, and executives don't know the race/gender issues

I'm paid $20,000 less than my coworkers in the same department. I'm so underpaid because I rose in the ranks 3 times but never more money.
