What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are focused but flexible and jumps in to solve problems with you. You are not on your own.
they have a developed sense of corporate direction. We have are creating diversity in our workforce that is being driven from leadership down
They are out of touch with the company. Bialik thinks people get raises when changing jobs, and executives don't know the race/gender issues
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything ... They dont communicate well and dont seem to care about employees
Worst company on the planet - gangster like, will act unethically on a whim. Watch your back with these scumbags.
Understanding that they are splitting the company apart culturally
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Lot of vacation and very good benefits

I'm paid $20,000 less than my coworkers in the same department. I'm so underpaid because I rose in the ranks 3 times but never more money.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because i hqve not had a raise in several years. I also feel undervalued because i have done many roles and not been compensated fairly
What are some of the best things about your team?
Work together so well and can ask anyone questions without anyone having a problem with it
Fun, always trying to help each other. The Business Development team in Calgary is always trying to not just help the clients but also help align staff for career growth opportunities within there clients.

They need to learn how to troubleshoot issues properly

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was fast. Did not have to wait weeks for answers. Within a week of the first call I got an offer letter. Might be different for others but my situation everything worked really fast

They are people focused. We have great amenities within the office and great worklife balance
The holidays and pto mostly
LVS needs to reorient - currently, the goals of the company and the money are going in different places. Less cannonballs, more excellence.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Microsoft should have much higher standards of conduct for their partners, these scumbags make Microsoft look bad. And Microsoft ignoring what these people do makes them just as bad.
