I am new to this company but not to the industry. The culture is extremely collaborative and supportive. Refreshing change.
Poor benefits, no pension plan and they gaslight you into thinking that's the way it is nowadays. Poor pay for the position I hold. All in all, I don't think much of working here and I don't appreciate the owner buying his 3rd airplane at the expense of his hardworking employees.
Everyone is down to earth and helpful
No interaction with anyone from Compugen if you are at client site full time. Felt closer to working for client then Compugen. Pay was OK but benefits left a lot to be desired. No bonuses, no RRSP matching, bare minimum raises (1-3%).
