How employees describe working at Compugen

Poor benefits, no pension plan and they gaslight you into thinking that's the way it is nowadays. Poor pay for the position I hold. All in all, I don't think much of working here and I don't appreciate the owner buying his 3rd airplane at the expense of his hardworking employees.

Everyone is down to earth and helpful

No interaction with anyone from Compugen if you are at client site full time. Felt closer to working for client then Compugen. Pay was OK but benefits left a lot to be desired. No bonuses, no RRSP matching, bare minimum raises (1-3%).

Acceptance, support, progress, forward thinking

Speechless ..not good to say
