Disjointed. Reps are on an island and internal selling is as important and frustrating as outside selling. Working around 50+ hours a week.

We are all independent and working remotely. We all work 10-20% above a normal work week.

All well qualified, industrious, and supportive. Although, there is limited sharing and supporting each other.
