They listen to us (Nerds). They listen to our clients. They listen to each other and play well together. They send clear signals and act accordingly.
Finally, have new leadership that gets it!
care about people more than money
Keeping at least ine client for over 2 years
Paying the people that do the actual work appropriately and better, and actually talk to them not just go by metrics.
Leading. Sticking up for the employees and not being the one bending us over for another company to do with as they please
There is serious need to change the management.
Finding their replacements so they can hit the bricks.
They need to get better at everything. Nothing is good here.

Nurturing the company. Right now they are feed, take their profits, and then let the people who are the company wither on the vine.

recruitment and retention. Poor benefits, low ball pay, and constantly changing requirements make this a good company to leave after a year or two of seasoning.

Everything. But they won't listen anyway.

Get real with the employees, sending a newsletter has 0 impact on morale
Better communication with its employees as its lacks and showing employees appreciation for hard work
focus on clients while actually supporting client facing employees
Professionalism, Equal discipline and equal rewards.

Communicating strategy at at BU / working level.
There is no leadership. Only managers.

Establishing, communicating, and driving a vision, mission, and strategy. Get it the people on the ground to deliver on it.
More communication, less micromanagement, and less "I need my team to look more like that team" while ignoring the needs of the team.
