Great health benefits except for dental and holidays off, PTO and sick time. They took away bonuses and holiday parties at my site but other offices continue such perks especially UK

Not hard if your favored by manager and can even prove to do poorly and still succeed if favored or that department will be handed off to another manager to deflect responsibility.
