Don't know because so few people work in "the office".

Depends if it is technical or non-technical positions.
Depends really on which job, obviously for technical jobs it is on the specific technology, for management and back office it could be more general.

Hard to say, I would think the only thing they would want them to change is to close some deals. There has been a lot of personnel and space reductions due to the lack of new sales in the past 24 months.
Not sure in 5 years I have never heard from him by email or in person.

Very good there is a push to work from home and a generous PTO policy.
Good, very generous time off policy and work from home.
What benefits does T-Systems North America provide?
Very generous benefits, automatic 5% 401k before matching, 27 PTO and 6 holidays days off on day 1, better than average healthcare, etc.
401k, medical, dental, eye, free T-mobile, car discounts, life insurance, disability both long and short term.
What's the company culture like at T-Systems North America?
Currently good? Most people do not work in offices, either at home or at the client site it would be hard to "determine" the overall culture.
Relatively positive, given the high stress market T-Systems is in. What they do best is the pay and benefits package is top shelf. So while you may work hard and be stressed out you will be paid well and taken care of.

Excellent. 27 PTO days on day one with 6 holidays. Increases at year 3, 5, 10 and 20.

Depends on the contract your on. Some very high, some very slow.

I am on a long-term contract so very secure.
