At first, the experience was great however, the good time quickly ended as a lot of people were fired and quit. Then the PIP system is very faulty and creates anxiety within the workplace. The base pay needs to be higher as people who quit have gone on and earned huge base salary increases

The fact that we do ONE thing each month to team build. We have the 12 days of Crystal (which is cool)but we still need to hit metrics. Our managers don't give any repercussions but they mention the fact we couldn't hit them.

The company is known as too transactional and some possible contractors have a bad taste in their mouth from tons of people calling them. They also don't like it when they feel as if they are pressured into taking an offer. To fix this we need to find new possible contractors via different methods.
