They need to reform the metrics and the procedures that happen throughout the recruiting process. They also need to have a better feeling for how each recruiter operates in order to maximize their potential.

The leadership team needs to manage expectations better because I feel that some of our metrics are based on things out of our control such as placements. We get performance appraisals based on something that's dependent on someone elses decision

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Goal post is always moving. performance is expected to be at 110%. blame is put on the recruiter for things outside of their control, lack of account manager accountability. a higher base would be fair

Inflation has increased and i feel like the overall salary is low especially when you consider how expensive our benefits are.

The company is known as too transactional and some possible contractors have a bad taste in their mouth from tons of people calling them. They also don't like it when they feel as if they are pressured into taking an offer. To fix this we need to find new possible contractors via different methods.

I think there's a lot of bias when it comes to submissions depending on who the AM is, I've had AM's forget my submissions and sub other people and the recruiter kind of gets no credit for all the work the put in. If an AM messes up then that recruiter should still get submittal credit
