I so enjoyed the encouragement, kindness and responsibility that greeted me when I joined CSI. Since then, I have experienced more micromanaging, less work life balance and less opportunities to make the money that was promised to me with little transparency on income/finances that affect me.

I appreciate the fact that our leadership team makes an effort to get to know their employees on a personal level.

I truly enjoy the camaraderie and fellowship that we build outside of direct work hours such as in the gym. I appreciate the willingness that most people have to collaborate.

We are there to support and keep each other motivated. There is camaraderie on top of a combination of different experience levels where we are all willing to learn from each other with respect.

I do not feel that we are offered fair work life balance and are not paid market value for our skillset/experience. Certain aspects of compensation are left in the dark and not disclosed to us at all and there is a lack of transparency.

There are some issues with work life balance, flexibility and "rules" being applied differently to each team creating a negative atmosphere around when others are getting to do things that your team is not. There seems to be a lack of trust leading to micromanaging.
