I love that when we are in the weeds or there are big issues that are causing issues within our department, the leadership will jump in to find a solution. My VP works nights and weekends helping with intake, reviews, letters. There isn't any job that is too small which makes me feel supported.

Listening to and implementing the suggestions and advice of Field staff. Also, being proactive as opposed to reactive; being reactive has caused confusion, chaos and fear amongst the teams.

Professionalism attitude. Acknowledgement of hard work of everyone. Fair decision making. Rewards and recognition should be part of quarterly based performance. Fair respect regardless of the seniority of individual. Be punctual enough to support the team.

They have really admirable goals that are undermined by inequity and mismanagement throughout the company itself. I wish they would openly commit to working on this however they can. Curative employees are also part of the communities we serve and our working conditions directly impact our health.

Creating fully, well thought out plans for new protocols and not relying on the managers and staff to figure out how to implement new procedures without the proper resources. Also, coming up with realistic and practically attainable goals that won't lead to RIFs.

Communicating. We have heard nothing about the financial health of the company which makes our equity worthless. Leveraging existing resources from declining lines of business for new projects and LOBs. Focus on hiring from within from departments that are being reduced.

Mid level management (Directors and VP's) is full of a lot of bosses, but not many people who know how to lead people. They could use leadership training or mentorship focused on building trust, communication, leading by example, empathy, etc.

Kim, Khan, and Karen need to realize that all decisions should not be based solely around Alinity departments needs. Also, the fact the company is caring so much about $ is concerning. More work piled on CLA 1s with no increase in pay. Curative: Make money, not sense(cents). Low morale in the lab.

Communication and leadership skills are severely lacking. Also experience and professionalism is at an all time low. Most leadership rolls are filled by friendship and personal relationships. No one is truly qualified to be in their positions and it shows in the job performance and communication.
