Having supportive leadership team who spark my growth in opportunities to learn and show my skillset. I enjoy being good at my work and my leadership make me feel good about the work I produce.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Engaging with members; knowing that what I represent - - a health plan that purports to transform health and healthcare -- is authentic and true to intention. Knowing that our leadership is authentic and true to stated intention. Very unique, very awesome!

Being trusted to own my work makes me happiest.
Review from Admin Dept
I am most happy at work because of the people I work with. They are team oriented, motivational, kind and putting the work into changing the industry.

I like my collaborative work.

The people I work with make me happiest. Our team is supportive, collaborative, and genuinely invested in making healthcare better—it’s energizing to be surro
Review from Marketing Dept
Knowing that my daily efforts directly contribute to our members receiving excellent customer service and the care they need. Our team doesn't just provide assistance, we truly care about their well-being, making it incredibly rewarding to deliver customer service that goes above and beyond.

When we make progress on developing programs or mark tasks off of a to-do list
Review from Operations Dept
The opportunity to challenge myself with creative solutions to common problems that may require a more technical solution.
Review from Operations Dept
The freedom to create and implement processes that I believe help other teams.
Review from Customer Success Dept
Getting to chat with coworkers I haven't talked to in a while due to working on different projects. Being able to see coworkers post their pets, achievements, interests and improvements to their health in non-work company channels.
Review from Engineering Dept
Knowing the goal is to provide affordable healthcare to people. That we are working towards a common goal. Knowing that the auths we are working on are for procedures and services that members are needing and understanding the timing on that.

Winning business, working with great people, and makong an impact.

collaborating with my coworkers and getting to work from home
Review from Marketing Dept
I love growing the business and being a part of big, positive change in a problematic industry.
Review from Marketing Dept
The challenges of the growth and the opportunities to learn new things and create new processes that the growth provides.
Review from Operations Dept
I love coming up with new ideas to help our team and the success of the company.
Review from Operations Dept
I enjoy my work, but the atmosphere in the office is very negative. I never know where I stand or what my future here looks like.
Review from Finance Dept
After many departments closing out, I feel as an employee there is not much room for growth within the company. I use to aspire to work in different departments due to past projects working interdepartmentally. I feel that as an employee I will soon hit a ceiling and will have to move on to the next
Review from Admin Dept
Hire qualified managers with experience.
Review from Product Dept
There is typically always a sense of urgency or impending trouble/ bad news. This could be improved by clear and transparent communication and intentional delivery of information to the teams. New information/ updates are more or less crammed into our day with no realistic time frame to fully grasp.
Review from Operations Dept
Poor communication, incompetence, and lack of experience and/or qualifications in multiple areas/levels of management; clear nepotism; no structure of accountability and no support or path forward through any issues that may arise, interpersonal or professional
Review from Customer Success Dept
Improve transparency about Curative 2.0 and what that means what would happen for the rest of the 3 HCLs
Review from Customer Success Dept
this company does not value its employees, it does not respect us as individuals, there is no sense that curative will ever be loyal to the people who work hard, just those who are well connected
Review from Customer Success Dept
The field ops team has been constantly scrutinized with threats of write-ups and/or terminations (ie. "we can find someone else who will do that job). All the while other departments make mistakes which go unnoticed. This creates a toxic work environment.
Review from Operations Dept
Several leaders lack experience in their role. Communication between department leadership is non-existent. There has been no communication regarding the company's financial health.
Review from Operations Dept
My immediate supervisor does not foster a productive environment or bring much value. Unfortunately, the supervisor above them does not have the experience or courage to do anything about when the problem is raised up. HR lacks the leadership as well to properly address it. Provide training.
Review from Operations Dept
More concrete direction. What does Curative look like in 3 or 5 years. And not just a one liner of Health Insurance company. How do we want to operate? What's most important getting things done fast, money, or quality? I get mixed signals all the time. Does everything always have to be rushed.
Review from Operations Dept
I am bored. I've asked for more things to do, but I was ignored by my superiors. Maybe I could have more sites to supervise. Maybe there is a big project I could work on.
Review from Operations Dept
Too much goasip and megativity and repetetive job in our department
Review from Product Dept
Micromanaging is not the best way to manage a group of people. I believe if the company did better at how they manage their employees and took a different approach with them they would get even better results. Sometimes it feels like this is school rather than work with how they manage.
Review from Customer Support Dept
I'm happy to work my department. It's when when working other departments is that i dislike. Not the work. Just the fact the only reason we are needed in those departments is because they are understaffed because Curative is getting cheap. Reduce the pay for executives first then we'll talk.
Review from Operations Dept
The leadership (director level) sets a negative tone/culture and it's then passed down. Leadership should be positive and motivate their employees to do better. However our leadership takes the approach of an annoyed parent yelling at their disobedient children. It's very toxic in a workplace.
Review from Operations Dept
When I first started it seems as though this was a dream company to work for but since March 2022 things have declined. The main issues are :the understaffing, hours of operations, micromanaging, new processes and procedures, lack of communication between departments.
Review from Customer Success Dept
Get rid of all of the double standards.
Review from Finance Dept
Just providing opportunities for employees that have been here for longer a chance to transfer to the insurance side of the company.
Review from Operations Dept
The field operations teams have been on edge since testing volume has decreased and significant cuts have been made to staffing. No one knows if their job is going to last, which creates a very tense, negative environment.
