Thanks for your feedback! We do give incentives to our employees such as paid-time-off for vacation, holidays, sick leave and Parental leave, among others. Sincerely, Day Translations Team

We get paid less than the minimum hourly wage in US and no benefits no health nor dental no 401k less than 5 vacation days and are not allowed to get sick for over 6 days a year. Sounds like working for a Chinese company.
