It is very united and its led by example... this is something that our CEO has engraved in all of us as he is constantly talking to us about the ideas and what we can implement to make each department successful.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best compensation is to open more windows and opportunities for global communication.

Our compensation package is on point for the position, we all work from home and to be honest I haven't had a company to pay me as much as Day Translations does in a WFH position.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We get paid less than the minimum hourly wage in US and no benefits no health nor dental no 401k less than 5 vacation days and are not allowed to get sick for over 6 days a year. Sounds like working for a Chinese company.
