From the top down I got the feeling that everyone is trying to get involved in everybody's success. That leads to a strong direction forward and everybody is involved in the companies success and identifies with the company and its success.

From the very start I noticed an open door policy.

Very personal approach but not overly trying to sell me on the position.

I'm very new and have not been paid with commission yet but it will motivate to work even harder.

Very hand on approach with an open door policy. Getting the entire team involved and everybody wants to move in the same direction.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Even though we don't sit in the same office in a very short period of time I noticed a strong bond between all departments.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having the right communication with freedom to create my own schedule. I'm very well organized and the work schedule allows me to be most efficient.
