I'm currently working full-time and remote at Day Translations. It has been the greatest experience so far! The team is very nice and friendly. However the most positive thing is the CEO. He is very inspiring, open and shows how much he cares about each one of his employees.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm working 100% from home, and I have vacations, sick leave, paid time off benefits and they also offer me free webinars and courses.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the company is on its way to becoming a leader in the field in terms of employee compensation, and I believe the goal to become so has been set. However, there is still quite a way to go. But just give it some time, and it will absolutely get there!
