What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The so called President is an unrealistic, narcissistic low educated and skilled man, who thinks that undermining his employees is the key to success

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We get paid less than the minimum hourly wage in US and no benefits no health nor dental no 401k less than 5 vacation days and are not allowed to get sick for over 6 days a year. Sounds like working for a Chinese company.
Thank you for your feedback! Although we do not offer these benefits as we hire freelancers, we do give benefits such as employee of the month awards, raises and performance recognition.
