The executive team treats each employee as individuals and is always open to talking with employees. They also dig into situations to assist their employees come up with a solution.

They are willing to loop you in on projects and show you new things as long as you ask. They also do their best to make sure that you are supported in your position and find ways to lend a hand when needed.

They want to hear your input, and really consider what you have to say. They also realize that their employees have lives and are flexible when you have a doctors appointment or have to pick up the kids after school. Heck, I can even bring my dog into work if I want or have too.

Super understanding if I fall behind a bit on work. They aren't crunch time people at all, and I never feel pressured or strained while working. They work with me and help me understand what I am doing wrong and how to grow as an employee.
