What did you like most about the interview process?
Felt like a conversation rather than being pelted with questions.
Was stress free, very casual.
Managers were open and honest about the way the company works, as well as the environment and culture here.
It felt like having a conversation with friends. Yes, there were hard questions but it didn't feel like an interview.
The interview didn't feel like a typical one where you're asked the same predictable questions. The experience was a conversation with questions that made it fun. It gave me a glimpse of the company's culture and management style.
I liked that it didn't feel like an interview, they got to know me and my personality first by just talking with me and then asked me questions but not interview style just casually
I didn't feel like I had to be anything other than my authentic self.
I liked how they brought the whole team in to interview. That way everyone had input on the hiring process.
