The executive team treats each employee as individuals and is always open to talking with employees. They also dig into situations to assist their employees come up with a solution.

They let me do my job my way, but are there if I ask for help

They are willing to loop you in on projects and show you new things as long as you ask. They also do their best to make sure that you are supported in your position and find ways to lend a hand when needed.

401k match of 6% is very generous

A good amount of PTO, lots of insurance options, 6% for the 401k match is better than I've ever had.

The fact that they pay into your personal benefits too such a large extent further shows how much they care about us and our families. There is no avenue within benefits where i dont feel supported by this company. They are great
