What do you like best about the leadership team?
They work very hard to make the employees happy here.
Approachable, honest, transparent, flexible, empathetic
The executive team treats each employee as individuals and is always open to talking with employees. They also dig into situations to assist their employees come up with a solution.
They let me do my job my way, but are there if I ask for help
They are willing to loop you in on projects and show you new things as long as you ask. They also do their best to make sure that you are supported in your position and find ways to lend a hand when needed.
They want to hear your input, and really consider what you have to say. They also realize that their employees have lives and are flexible when you have a doctors appointment or have to pick up the kids after school. Heck, I can even bring my dog into work if I want or have too.
Their ability to take any flaws and turn them into successes. They're always available for training 1 on 1 and genuinely care about your personal and professional successes. Endless hospitality paired with loads of learning ensure work is never boring.
They really want to help you succeed.
