EnerCare – I am very unhappy with the service that I have received from Enercare. My furnace has not been working since October 8th. I had called Enercare on the 9th and today is October 16th. To date, the issue has not been resolved. I am a frustrated customer. Very unhappy with Enercare.

What can this brand most improve?

The absolute worst in customer service....all they do is keep saying someone will call you back and they never do. Meanwhile we have been without hotwater for a week.
