The opportunities are endless. I've heard people say negative things and that it is hard to be promoted here... Not true... But in the same regard, the promotion isn't going to come to you. You have to work toward it and makes moves to obtain it.

Have a standard 9-5pm working hours. If your employee is working on a weekend its a management failure.
