Speaking of my direct supervisor, I couldn't ask for a more attentive, non-biased, knowledgeable, skilled, and kind person. As for the executive team, I don't hear much from them and when I do, it is scripted, controlled, and indirect. As if they are in a bubble floating around somewhere.

Everyone is new within the last year , so far it is good.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Effective communication, training, and conflict resolution is mainly the issue
Hire more people. Provide work life balance to employees
Respecting employees and treating them as people

Honesty, communication,wage and benefit increases.
Company does not share it's vision with the rank and file, due to the plan to move a lot of work off shore.
