I think that Everlight is a great place for someone to begin their career. But in terms of money and career advancements, it's not a place that I see people can really grow and make good money. They don't seem to value keeping their employees, as they don't pay well for the work we all do.

I put in 40-50 hours a week, and barely make $17 an hour. I didn't get a raise at my 1 year, and have asked countless times about changing different aspects about my position, and never got a solid answer about those changes. I'm told I have nothing to improve, but they avoid raises and promotions.
