Loved this job until recently. Things seem to be rapidly declining and feeling unstable.

I love this company they treat everuone so well and the people here are amazing

Whenever anyone has a question or a problem it gets answered or solved relatively quickly

I feel they do a good job unifying the company. TGIT, company wide events like the christmas party. They seem to care about us and make sure we have what we need to be sucessful as well.

I wouldnt call it undervalue persay but moreso a disconnect of the past year of inflation along with relatively stagnant wages makes for some difficulties in personal life making it hard to progress financially and i feel thats something that goes overlooked

Having more of the health insurance premiums covered, more PTO, higher wages would be more competitive

There is a genuine sense around everyone at work, I trust the people I work with and know they would do the right thing in all situations.

I feel we work well together. My boss also does a great job at giving us support when we need it, and making sure we have what we need to do our jobs properly with good intent.

They are all great people who care about the work they do and its a great environment to learn and work in
