Very authoritative and always know what to say
The communication from Everlight Leadership is unmatched by any other company. They also actually care about you as a person, inside and outside of work!
They are involved with everyone in the company and take time each week to connect with us and update us at meetings
Reimbursing extra costs such as bookclub, mailing materials (dependent on role), etc. Communicating expectations amongst whole team instead of just individuals, causing unfair treatment.
The sick and safe time for emergencies or last minute doctor appointments is amazing
I really love the Everlight long term incentive program! It's so cool how we get to be so involved with Everlight on a deeper level, and the execs were beyond generous with the package they chose, and making sure we're really getting awarded for the company's growth.
I enjoy how they give us both sick and safe time as well as PTO. I also enjoy how our long term investment program that we recently adopted.

I believe that yearly raises are extremely important, and the fact that we need to ask for them/don't necessarily get them when we do ask can be very discouraging, especially as a lead when you are putting in many overtime hours throughout the year with no overtime pay.
I feel as though my pay is a little bit low, considering I am working over a 45 hour week every week and almost always working past company hours. I do hope and believe that this will increase with time, but right now it feels like I'm working harder than I'm getting paid for.
I don't feel undervalued - however I do feel there needs to be some sort of paid maternity program
I definitely feel that making under $40k is not fair compensation for my role at Everlight. I feel that I go above and beyond for Everlight and exceed the minimums. I am happy to go above and beyond for Everlight, but I would like to be compensated better to reflect this.
I feel like the work that I do is very crucial to the company, and my compensation does not reflect the hard work, time, and dedication that I put in
Just good, genuine people. I feel like we'd be friends if we met organically outside of work. Work ethic and senses of humor match up very nicely.

Funny and creative people
Everyone on the team gives 100% of their effort, all the time. Everybody just wants to see each other succeed and will always do their part (and sometimes other people's parts!) in order to make it happen and succeed as a team!

Definitely the people. Everyone strives for excellence while also having fun. Its the perfect mixture of being goofy and getting things done.
We are allowed and encouraged to be ourselves. I can share something personal in book club or excuse myself for one minute to take my toddler potty, and that isn't looked down upon. The focus is rightfully on the quality of work we produce and we're allowed the space to strive
Attitude of employees and overall environment
The camaraderie and support is something I've never experienced in a company. Leads and Execs encourage openness, willingness to learn, and a super fun/exciting work environment for everyone!
Everlight is very supportive of you outside of work
Actual competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. They say we are full time regular employees, yet we are treated like contractors with low pay.

Talking to my team! We always have the best times in the chat.
Our team meetings bump moral and remind me of the support I have. The watercooler channels also give a sense of comradery across the whole company and I love that
