What is the best part about your compensation package?
Everything they have for us is epic

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don’t feel like I’m not valued as an employee, I just have a hard time paying my bills and raises are few and far betw
This is my first time being commission based and was expecting more benefits right out of college. That being said i dont need to be salaried but more so having Healthcare/Vision/Dental benefits would be preferable.
I dedicate a lot of time to my job and it’s practically my entire life, but I feel like there are more things that the company could do to compensate us for our tim
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all genuinely my best friends.
Everyone is so supportive and we act as a family
Everyone is super helpful and will take time out of their day to answer your questions.

The people here are really what makes the culture so amazing. Everyone here is truly awesome
You get to always learn new things and are not looked down upon if you fail at something.
Team leads and other SDRs are very encouraging and willing to help each other get better.
