I do feel that sometimes I am not given enough work, and am under-compensated for the work that I do. I really do enjoy working for this company, but it is very hard to earn a living with my salary

I definitely feel that making under $40k is not fair compensation for my role at Everlight. I feel that I go above and beyond for Everlight and exceed the minimums. I am happy to go above and beyond for Everlight, but I would like to be compensated better to reflect this.
