Knowing that I can make a difference for our policy holders and their pets. Although I no longer have the hands on work as a veterinary technician, knowing that the assessment of a claim can most of the time help someone out still makes me feel good as I still have that strong compassion for pets

At Fetch, I have a sense of purpose and feel valued. I feel engaged working in Fetch's collaborative environment. The leadership allows for employees to have flexibility when things come up. I feel that I am working on tasks that are meaningful and educate me on different aspects of the business.

I didn't rate my job as being exciting, because it's pretty mundane, but I am happy with what I do and the help I provide to PHs and my co-workers

as much overtime we all do and the fact that i have worked every weekend since jan it seems like the exc managers and leaders always wants more.. i literly work with 100 dollars a week for food shopping . so working weekends is a necessity. i feel like im always working
