follow through with promises. your always quick to give out money to other causes but when it comes to advancement from your loyal employees its never followed through, you note during the hiring process there is always room for advancement.... havnt seen the proof of that. always "waiting"

i am told constantly that I am of great value, and that I deserve more in way of recognition and salary, but no one ever lets me know the progress of said situation, and I am past the point that I have stopped inquiring

been with the company for 8 years with no advancement. told i dont have experience.. kinda hard without the opportunity and when i reach out im told its in the works.... been hearing that for almost a year...HIGHER PAY so i dont have to work every weekend for ot to afford bills

Very open culture with a high ability to voice your opinion. Ability to work from wherever and whenever.
With the addition of our new CHRO, the company culture has improved to be employee focused.

I didn't rate my job as being exciting, because it's pretty mundane, but I am happy with what I do and the help I provide to PHs and my co-workers

as much overtime we all do and the fact that i have worked every weekend since jan it seems like the exc managers and leaders always wants more.. i literly work with 100 dollars a week for food shopping . so working weekends is a necessity. i feel like im always working
