Although we work remote the entire team is always helpful if someone asks a question in one of our chats and needs some help. Occasionally someone will share a picture or a "happy Monday" which also makes it feel like we are closer as opposed to just individual workers trucking along at home

Sense of humor. Some days you just need a good laugh. Everyone seems so happy to be here. We all have bad days and sometimes share our struggles with everyone else, but I feel overall that communications between teammates are positive.
