My direct manager and I trust and respect each other and have a great working relationship. The higher ups (CEO etc) have made some good financial decisions for the company, but often seem to be making things up as they go along, creating and putting out fires because of it.

Communication. Town halls, emails and the channel on slack keep everyone up to date and involved on the company's progress and innovations. Everyone I have met on the leadership team is personable and this helps me feel like I am part of a close knit team even when we don't share office space.

follow through with promises. your always quick to give out money to other causes but when it comes to advancement from your loyal employees its never followed through, you note during the hiring process there is always room for advancement.... havnt seen the proof of that. always "waiting"
