Incentives. These have really changed my life financially in a good way. Without them I may have had to take on a second part time job. I am hoping to sign up for health insurance after seeing the new plans for 2023. I'm glad HR recognized there was room for improvement and looked into it.

i am told constantly that I am of great value, and that I deserve more in way of recognition and salary, but no one ever lets me know the progress of said situation, and I am past the point that I have stopped inquiring
