Formula.Monks Compensation Employee Reviews

¿Cuál es la mejor parte de su paquete de compensación?

I am in the range of what people make in my job

Revisión Review del Departamento de HR · Publicado hace 4 años

The PTO policy is very liberal. As long as I am achieving my objectives and my team feels supported and my clients are happy, I can take the time I want and need.

Revisión Review del Departamento de HR · Publicado hace 4 años

I'm a contractor, not too many benefits yet.

Revisión Review del Departamento de Diseño · Publicado hace 4 años

Base salary and annual bonus

Revisión Review del Departamento de Producto · Publicado hace 4 años

Unlimited PTO, it makes me feel that the company trusts me as an individual and encourages me to take care of myself.

Revisión Review del Departamento de Diseño · Publicado hace 4 años

Health insurance for which I contribute very little, but the coverage is great.

Revisión Review del Departamento de Operaciones · Publicado hace 4 años

Mostly Salary. Fitness expenses are also good

Revisión Review del Departamento de Ingienería · Publicado hace 4 años

unlimited time off that works for both me and the company

The 3 months of family leave.

Revisión Review del Departamento de Producto · Publicado hace 4 años

I love the unlimited PTO

Revisión Review del Departamento de Ingienería · Publicado hace 4 años

Comprehensive benefits with the added perk of a gym membership stipend. Do wish there was company matching for 401k and HSA contributions

Revisión Review del Departamento de Producto · Publicado hace 4 años

Remote working. The ability to work from anywhere has opened up so many options.

Revisión Review del Departamento de Ingienería · Publicado hace 4 años

I think the base salary is fair

Revisión Review del Departamento de Ventas · Publicado hace 4 años

Benefits are good, as far as I can tell. (I have joined recently)

Revisión Review del Departamento de Ingienería · Publicado hace 4 años

Unlim vacays . . .

Revisión Review del Departamento de Ingienería · Publicado hace 4 años

¿Por qué te sientes infravalorado y qué te haría sentir mejor con respecto a tu compensación?

More benefits and bonuses overall

Revisión Review del Departamento de Diseño · Publicado hace 4 años

I think I could make more money by changing companies, based off job descriptions for my current role.

Revisión Review del Departamento de Ingienería · Publicado hace 4 años

Benefits, particularly health insurance w/ dependent coverage. A better-structured performance plan w/ incentive compensation

Revisión Review del Departamento de Mercadotecnia · Publicado hace 4 años

A more competitive salary will improve moral. TH1 is doing ok regarding employee value but can be great at it by considering competitive salaries for employees or contractors who have spent at least one year on with the team.

Revisión Review del Departamento de Ingienería · Publicado hace 4 años

I often see job postings for my position at different companies for a higher wage. I often hear peers mention the same. We claim to be a white glove shop, which justifies our rates to our clients. But I don't see that reflected in my compensation. I feel I'm below average for the industry.

Revisión Review del Departamento de Producto · Publicado hace 4 años

Matching 401k. Work from home stipend. End-of-year bonus. Follow through with offered benefits at the time of hire, for example, "regular company/team retreats" is still on the job postings but I have been at the company for over 2 years now and have not been on one.

Revisión Review del Departamento de IT · Publicado hace 4 años

An increase in my salary

Revisión Review del Departamento de HR · Publicado hace 4 años

I really wanted to be hired here and didn't want to be cut out due to salary, so it was actually me who undervalued myself, because you are paying me what I asked for in the interview process. But I hope that I can show my worth and earn a better salary soon.

Revisión Review del Departamento de Operaciones · Publicado hace 4 años

It would be nice if location-based salaries were considered to keep pay equitable—the cost of living goes up yearly. Also, raises and bonuses are undefined. We can do training on

Revisión Publicado hace 4 años

My compensation hasn't kept up with rising inflation, and doesn't represent the technical and leadership capabilities I require for my role. That said, this difference is worth the extra ownership I feel in my job.

Revisión Review del Departamento de HR · Publicado hace 4 años

Base pay of the market is higher

Revisión Review del Departamento de Ingienería · Publicado hace 4 años

I think TheoremOne wisely uses lower-than-industry-average salaries to give potentially less reliable talent an opportunity, but doesn't follow up once they've proven themselves and raise salaries to proper levels.

Revisión Review del Departamento de Ingienería · Publicado hace 4 años

A compensation independent from location would be pretty good

Revisión Review del Departamento de Ingienería · Publicado hace 4 años

Missing performance bonus. four, five

Revisión Review del Departamento de IT · Publicado hace 4 años

I'd like more compensation for the work load I'm taking on. It seems to keep increasing.

Revisión Review del Departamento de Operaciones · Publicado hace 4 años

In the area where I live, my salary is on the lower side to start with. Additionally, I have been here for almost a year and am doing a much different role than what I was initially hired for and stepped up during a lot of chaos of company restructuring. I was give great feedback but no raise.

Revisión Review del Departamento de Mercadotecnia · Publicado hace 4 años

I do not feel undervalued. Nor upset about my salary but I know it is not competitive within the marketplace. I really like TheoremOne and there is no angst about my position.

Revisión Review del Departamento de Ventas · Publicado hace 4 años

During salary negotiation, a lot of information and description benefits brought in were not consistent and unfortunately that was used to bring my base salary down. I ended up getting less than what I was getting in my last company. But I do cherish the level of exposure and opportunities provided.

better payment for non-US workers

Higher compensation would be the first thing in my mind
