I often see job postings for my position at different companies for a higher wage. I often hear peers mention the same. We claim to be a white glove shop, which justifies our rates to our clients. But I don't see that reflected in my compensation. I feel I'm below average for the industry.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We all come from similar backgrounds and each of them arent necessarily tech backgrounds. As sales people, we all have our own personalities but they mesh really well together and we are all willing to help each other get better.
