I work with wonderful people and earn wonderful pay to provide wonderful services. I love it here. Lunch is free. Working in the office, best thing ever for an extrovert in a world where many jobs are WFH, I love it.

Bc of cutbacks we lost entire dev team less one person. No contractors . Pay Was great, but at 60 hrs a week it's a huge cut.

The new work space, while nice and modern looking is too noisy and the desk are kind of small for a larger person. Also too much emphasis on how things look rather than function

We are losing all big customers. We bleed money on waste but never have any for needed items. If mgt ever looked/lcared it's change 1 day.

Making sure all of the leadership team follow the example set by CEO. In some departments the leaders are great at developing their team and providing opportunity, in other departments the leaders aren't not as good.
