What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communicating. Giving meaningful and constructive feedback. Base raises on contribution and performance reviews. Training and development.

There is none. Top mgt doesn't communicate unless it's something trivial thing about frig or breaks. Otherwise theres no proof they exist.
