What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People around me don't seem to be overly stressed to get their work done. But everyone seems to constantly be working.
The events and incentives offered, such as free lunch everyday, massages and car detailing on site.
The office environment is incredibly welcoming and friendly. Associates can walk down the hall and have comfortable interactions with almost everyone you pass, including leadership.
Fortegra really cares about their associates. Between the free weekly lunches, the renovated gym, the generous time off, and more, it feels like a family.
