What makes you most happy at work?Friendly coworkers, efficient processes, love the clients.
What are some of the best things about your team?I work on a team of fun, collaborative and supportive people.
What did you like most about the interview process? They were considerate of my time. And were honest about what the job entailed so I knew what I was getting into.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Communicating. Giving meaningful and constructive feedback. Base raises on contribution and performance reviews. Training and development.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?Making sure all of the leadership team follow the example set by CEO. In some departments the leaders are great at developing their team and providing opportunity, in other departments the leaders aren't not as good.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved? The new work space, while nice and modern looking is too noisy and the desk are kind of small for a larger person. Also too much emphasis on how things look rather than function
