Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility at Fortegra

Fortegra gives back in a variety of ways including, but not limited to an employee wellness program, sustainable business practices, the Fortegra Foundation and the newly created Fortegra N.O.W. (Network of Women).

Environmental Sustainability

Our stewardship begins at a micro-level and extends globally, from environmentally friendly practices within our offices, to the building of wells in Africa. Some of our practices include: ongoing recycling training, refillable water bottles and refill stations, participation in community events, recycle bins throughout office, dual monitors to minimize printing and much more.

Community Impact and Philanthropy

The “G” in Fortegra stands for giving back, one of our intrinsic company values. We recognize that together we are a powerful force and as such have a responsibility to each other, our communities and the environment. Our Fortegra Foundation is committed to giving back to the communities that support us by lending a helping hand to those in need and by caring for children and families where we live and work. We work directly in communities across the nation as well as support like-minded charities. From holiday bikes and turkeys to building wells in Africa, we engage with eligible charities that align with our mission.
