Geek Squad – 1st time you came over, your guy said I needed a graphics card and of course, they're hard to come by. Thank God it was still under warranty with HP. But I didn't need it, my son came over and fixed it in 5 minutes. He and his father had a real good laugh. Your guys are, dumb as a box of rocks.
