Leadership is very supportive and trusting. Very conscious of work life balance and showing appreciation to employees. I feel like any idea I have that involves improving process or bringing on new tools, I am given the autonomy to explore. Truly the best work experience I have had in my career.

Our leadership team leads by example! They're so creative and mission focused - and part of their mission is making sure they value the team members. I've never worked anywhere that was so supportive of their team.

The positive attitude is set by the CEOs and it trickles down to the leadership. Some of the leadership has been there since the early days and are dedicated to the mission of the company but not in some weird culty way that a lot tech companies are.

Engineering leadership at GoodRx really just... doesn't know what they are doing. Decision making is chaotic. Executives are constantly micromanaging. Nothing ever gets done. My advice for the execs: step back. Your job is hiring people and building culture, not building software.

The culture used to be great until Q1 2019. Since Silverlake joined the board, the culture has deteriorated. Some software engineers work late nights and on weekends creating higher expectation for others. There is a culture of overwork. Also a high churn rate. Very discouraging.
