I think in marketing it's hard to justify a raise because the benchmarks for certain roles are not clear. I think it's hard to know what salary to ask for but I rarely see incremental raises.

during the pandemic, everyone worked their tail off, sales wouldn't have been able to do the things they did without the support of engineers, product, marketing, etc and yet, sales & the execs were really the only ones who benefited.

My compensation is the lowest in the team and comparably lesser with other other companies, 50:50 is tuff for our role, a better compensation would work
