Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
promotions and salary increase option
High sales focused org which is good, but for a US employee, there is no growth and the implicit understanding is "I can just find your replacement overseas for cheaper."

I feel undervalued because of my gender. Male colleagues are consistently favoured, females are consistently pushed out of the sales team.

Market level percentiles present large gaps so when LMI targets a lower percentile, there is a significant gap in salary in comparison to the higher pay competitors
