
My team was great and we come together around our successes and dealing with a lack of leadership and management.
Seems like they say one things and do another more often than not. Just wish there was more transparency.
Little growth in product, lack of focus on anything but sales (Again, I know how important this is, but still seems to forget the "whole" team concept.)
High sales focused org which is good, but for a US employee, there is no growth and the implicit understanding is "I can just find your replacement overseas for cheaper."
