What do you like best about the leadership team?
LogMeIn is the best company I have ever worked for. The culture cultivates confidence and acceptance. My Manager is genuinely there for my success. The executive team's doors are always open and the CEO consistently keeps us all in the loop. LogMeIn truly cares for the customer and the employee.

They are always open to hear any concerns, they take an active interest in getting to know me, I know that I can always request a meeting if there was something I wanted to discuss or learn more about and they make an effort to make everyone know employees in the office and say hello.

The benefits and compensation are great, but it is so much more than that at LogMeIn. I have been a full time remote employee for 7 years and have been given opportunities to shine and excel in the work I do. The equality is a huge part of what makes this organization amazing.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team meets for group coffee breaks to talk about our favorite movie or just get to know each other better. I know I can reach out to anyone on my team at anytime if I need anything. Everyone is willing to help, answer questions, or guide me in the right direction.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
LogMeIn doesn't just care about our work, they care about us as an individual. The work culture allows for groups to bond over commonalities; whether it be gender, race, interests, etc. This breeds confidence, acceptance, and a feeling of - I matter to this company.

Interviews can be uptight and nerve racking but the interviews I had with LogMeIn felt like comfortable conversations.

What makes you most happy at work?
My Manager has an awesome balance of being a real person and also being a fantastic leader. I feel comfortable approaching her with anything. Her goal is to guide me to be successful and grow in the company, if that is my desire.
