Having them ask me where I saw myself in 5 years and what it was that motivated me, showed me they were interested in what was important to me.

My team is able to collaborate openly and successfully. We work well together and our skill sets compliment each other. The diversity and available resources help us be successful each day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being that I am a lesbian, the ability to come to work everyday a feel I am a part of and have a place in the company gives me such a satisfied feeling of pride
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits and compensation are great, but it is so much more than that at LogMeIn. I have been a full time remote employee for 7 years and have been given opportunities to shine and excel in the work I do. The equality is a huge part of what makes this organization amazing.
